The choice I'm proudest of is opening my restaurant in Copenhagen, a Mexican restaurant. I am proud of following my gut to do that.

The choice that taught me a life lesson

The choice that taught me a life lesson is deciding to leave my home city and looking for the most inspirational job I could find. The job also led to a lot of travel and the choice of travel taught me a lot about life. Learning to be dependent on yourself and trusting yourself, and being brave.

I choose to make time to travel when I need to find a little inspiration because I find that you can get into a little bubble, if you are doing the same routines and seeing the same things. So I find it very inspiring to just make the choice to travel, even when it is hard to. Even just going to another city nearby that you are not that familiar with. I think that gives a lot of inspiration.

The choice I'm grateful for, influenced by advice

I'm grateful for my friend Kat, who gave me advice to look into myself and pushed be to start working with myself. I think that brought a lot of insights into who I am and what makes me happy but also, how to be at peace with myself.

I've been searching a long time for a chunky sort of big statement ring. When I saw it I fell in love with it and I'm so happy that we were able to add a little special diamonds like little personal things that I wanted on it.

It was really easy to make a choice because of its beautiful appearance.
